Chapter 828, Evangel Temple in Montgomery, Alabama.
Our chapter started in 10/2008
- We have members at my place of business (download a pdf file of our company newsletter article) as well as from the church.
- We have a Quilting Bee and Brunch scheduled for 2/14 with a motto of "14 on the 14th" to introduce the ministry, teach/connect folks to quilting and build up an inventory of quilts - we have sent invites to area churches and sent in, local Christian radio and monthly magazine, Montgomery Journey
- We have completed 6 quilts so far with 2 in process of completion for requests received
God is moving in a mighty way and using believers from several churches in a common cause united in prayer!

October 2007; Sherry Smith reports from Chapter 508:
The Arkansas City, KS chapter had an article published in the local newspaper, the Traveler, on October 5, 2007. Squares of Prayer; Quilt ministry warms bodies and souls, written by Angel Perryman.
9/21/06:The Baptist Message carried an article featuring a photo of Susan Owen of Chapter 479, Gueydan First Baptist Church in Gueydan, Louisiana.
The Herald & Review (11/18/05) carried this article about Chapter 183, Maroa United Methodist Church in Maroa, Illinois. Gift and a Prayer.
This article appeared in the October, 2005 edition of The Salt Shaker, St Andrew’s Lutheran Times, the church newsletter of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in San Diego, California (Chapter 187).
